If you have questions concerning the operation of the equipment you purchased from our company, please contact our Technical Services Line at 888-339-4244, and request Phil Godwin.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. CST. Clear often recommends manufacturer maintenance after warranty. If the product you purchased is under warranty or maintenance by the manufacturer and requires service, we will give you the information you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Clear Technologies’ staff of billable of senior consultants implements projects and provides on-going support in Windows, UNIX, OS/400, Backup/Recovery, Storage, High Availability/Disaster Recovery, Communications and Hardware Configuration.

Statement of Guarantee

Clear Technologies, Inc., A premier IBM Business Partner, guarantees that equivalent replacement parts will be available for all products for at least 36 months after the products are discontinued from the manufacturer.
